All of our cabins are located in between Pigeon Forge and Townsend, Tennessee on a quiet private road that is located right off highway 321. We are centrally located just minutes away from all the attractions of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Townsend.

From Pigeon Forge: simply take highway 321 South, (also called Wears Valley Road) which is traffic light number 3 off the Parkway, go 10 miles and turn right Cave Creek Way, Our 6 cabins are located on this private road

From Townsend: Turn on 321 North, go 3.8 miles and turn left on Cave Creek Way. Our private road is not steep and is a half mile long. There are only 7 cabins on this road.

Once you find us, You'll agree, there is nothing quite like Black Bear Hollow, Most of our cabins are on 5 acres or More!! You will love our Creek, Cave, Waterfall, picnic area, game room and the true mountain experience that can only be found in this tranquil setting.
